timing belt replacemt - some questions 850 1993

Yeah the plastic disk is important even though FCP G. doesn't think so. I went to the local Volvo dealer and bought one for $0.89. Yes that's eighty-nine cents. Least money I ever spent at any dealership, espec. Volvo

So I got the disc and it turns out the dampener I removed had one on it too.

Now the problem is I can't get the timing belt on AND maintain the alignment between the crank pulley and the two cam sprockets. Four times now the belt has gone on and one of the marks is off. Last time by one-half tooth. I have a pitious lament in another post.
