Not hard Dennis..take out the two bolts from the rack that connects it to the engine (dont forget to decompress the system first by pressing the schrader valve on the right side of the rack).
Pull the whole rack up towards you with constant pressure, remove the electrical quick connector and voila.
Keep in mind before you do this job you should order the one seal and two "o" rings which connects the individual injectors in place.
One of the problems could be that the injector seal is not airtight and could be causing the miss. Also ensure that the electronic wire connected to the injector and wires to it are operating normally too.
I keep hearing that these injectors are very dependable... i know of only a few cases where they went bad.. but i think there was a physical defect on the unit..where it spins in the body of the injector and leaks gasoline
