Thanks so much for your help, I thought I'd give you an update on what the problem ended up being. I thought it could be the transmission and took it to a local transmission shop because the car wouldn't display problems until it heated up. The mechanic drove the car until the problem started again (of course, the car was fine upon arrival!)and knew right of the bat what it was.....the brakes were locking up! New caliper on the front left side, new pads in the rear, the car runs like a champ once again. I still am going to replace the motor mount with the one from IPD, it feels a bit loose compared to another Volvo in the family, we have 3, 2 of them R's. We love the brickboard and all the help you seasoned experts bring to the table. Thanks again!
