HELP! Front End Vibration 850 1997

I assume you are referring to a vibration while driving vs idling while stopped.

If the vibration is noticed while driving and not under braking. I would shoot for a balance problem. Even though you had the tires balanced, there can be variances in the tire construction that, when under the cars weight and rolling can exhibit a vibration. Try to find a tire store in your area that has a force balancer. Here is a link to the Hunter site.
