Hesitation and difficult running S80 2000

Well, after further consideration, it seems to be the ETS.

I called the dealership and asked them about fixing this. Although they can't do for another three days (may have to find another dealership), they said it is NOT covered under warranty. Any suggestions on getting them to fix it for free? I can't afford $1000 during the holiday season. I can't afford not to have a car for three days either! Volvo should have this recalled and fix every vehicle!
