Volvo 240 with Cadillac Brembo calipers?

There is a listing on EBay for a kit to use Cadillac ATS Brembo calipers on a 240/260 Volvo, (front). Pricey at $270, but may be a more affordable alternative to the "R" Volvo calipers and likely easier to find here in USA- junkyard, supplier like NAPA, Rock Auto, etc.
Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on this?
