Are you wanting to restore the original color to the bumpers or go for the monochrome look (same color as body)?

The first one can be achieved with bumper paint available through IPD or your local auto parts store. Second one is doable, but will require a bit more prep work. Make sure they use a flexibility agent in the paint for the bumpers too.
