3 steps to a spotless windshield:
1) Use a good cleaner. Ed mentioned, Stoner, that's a good one.
2) wipe the sprayed on cleaner with 0000 steel wool (be sure the steel wool has 4 zeroes, anything less would scratch the window)
3) wipe it off with newspaper (don't use colored pages, use pages with black ink)
