240 won't start 200

"I just keep coming back to the fact that none of my dash warning lights are coming on when the key is on."
The thin red wire that attaches to the back of the alt is responsible for a lot of the warning lights. Try unplugging it and grounding it to the block to see if the lights come on.

I think fuse 13 carries the power. Also plug into instrument cluster loose?
