240 won't start 200

Hey Guys,

Still no luck getting the '86 240 wagon to start. I changed the ignition switch this weekend. The timing belt isn't broken either, I can see the cam rotate when the engine is cranked. The engine spins over normally, but doesn't catch. There's spark, too. The fuel pump is working, I can hear it. Also, the thing that really bothers me is that none of the dash lights are coming on when the key is in the 2 position (none of the lights under the gauges are lighting up).

I'd really appreciate any ideas or suggestions.
