Yes, bad FPR will cause your symptoms but not the knock sensor code.

Knock sensor is located on block below 1 and 2 intakes. Check that connector is pushed on(sometimes wire pushes out back of connector and doesn't make good contact). Bad knock sensor will cause timing to be retarded which mainly effects your acceleration/power.
