except for the speedo cable, it's a straight swap. the aw71 has heavier clutches for the more powerful engine. other than that, you will notice no difference at all. just reseal it, or any trans out of the car and replace the rear engine seal and kickdown cable. cheap parts, easy access and cheap insurance. good luck, chuck.
