Selling a Car

sorry for the shotgun blast here but Oh Well. I saw somwhere a warning about people offering a large sum of money to buy a car with the solicitation to send shipping money to a third party. I think it was a warning from the Treasury Department, I also think it was on this sight where I saw it. I have such an offer and am not sure weather or not to proceed with a sale. Any help would be appreciated.
