90 740 idle probs when hot

When I start the car when its cold it idles like a champ. After it is warm it doesnt idle worth crap after I start it. It idles fine after I drive it for a while. Sometimes it stalls when idling, sometimes it stalls after I start going. The TB is clean, and I dont think there are any vacuum leaks. I did the on board diagnostics and no codes came up. However, when I did mode three where it activates individual components it didnt activate the fuel pump or the radio suppression relay. The fuel pump buzzes just fine when I turn the key to run. However, when I was connecting my electric fan I tried tapping into the positve wire that comes off the water temp sensor on the radiator, the fan never worked and the relay in front of the coolant expansion tank would click. I didnt think that was good and I just found another place to get a 12v ignition activated signal. Is the radio interferance supression relay mounted to the coolant expansion tank? Can this be causing my idle probs, and how would I check if the relay is working correctly? What else might it be? Thanks.
