Check either ground, or the antenna. The black plastic round plug is going to the speakeramplifier. If casetta plays well, than the amplifier is good, so I would not touch the circular plug. The antenna can be bad down the antenna line, you can not see it. Check it, or plug an other antenna into the radio for checking purpose. Make shure that ground is correct. Good luck Gabe
