Like Kane I'm also down in So Cal, prices are higher here especially on the 245 series and that one would be over priced here. I've bought 3 fixers and even doing the work yourself that one will cost you more than you will believe, I'd pass on it for any price. The search for a 245 in good shape in any area can take a while but finding a good one is well worth it.
