Thanks for all of your input and insight. I have an appt to drive the car on Thursday (seen it but haven't driven it yet). The car has 160K on it and is immaculate, all orginal and without a mark on it. It really looks like the car has been well loved and maintained.

Unfortunately it is at a small dealership and they have no records on the car. If there are no glaring issues and it comes back with a clean carfax, it may be a risk that we'll take. Fortunately the price that they're asking is only $2K.

I'll keep you updated. Thanks again for all of your help. :)
