940 Purchase advice

That's a fair price for that car I think. About a year ago I paid a little over $8k for 94 945T with 98k miles. It had cloth interior (power driver seat) no sunroof and included the 3rd seat.

I would not walk away from the deal for a few hundred bucks particularly if he inspection turns out fine. You'll get a lot of miles out of the car so if it fits into your budget and you like the car I'd jump on it at any price at or below $7500.
