No High Idle When Cold. Is This Normal?

If your idle doesnt bounce around or surge when cold, consider yourself lucky. I dont know of any feedback mechanism that would raise the idle of the engine when cold. Others may be able to explain why other makes do it.... maybe its to keepo from stalling, hehehe
