No High Idle When Cold. Is This Normal? 900 1992

After a cold start, the idle speed on my 940 never goes beyond about 750 rpms. The car doesn't stall or hesitiate and the idle is fairly smooth. All of the other non-Volvo vehicles I've owned have always idled higher when cold, then dropped down when the engine warmed up. I was just wondering if the low cold start idle speed on my 940 is normal. If not, what should the idle be? What could be wrong? Thanks.
