headlights/taillights don't work! 200 1979

Hi....
I have a '79 245. Runs great. Suddenly, the headlamps only work when I hold the dimmer switch on brights. Low beams don't work at all. As a bonus, the taillights don't work; brake lights are fine.

Any idea where I can start to track this down? The manual does not seem to indicate fuse involvement.
