So you got that 1-4-4 fault code from the #6 socket, correct? Did you pull any fault codes off the #2 socket?

Do you have the Bentley manual? That has some information on troubleshooting your 1-4-4 code. It says to inspect the wiring, and the connectors to the ignition control unit and the FI computer.
