960 NEVER came with a turbo in the US. If it is turboed, and you're in the states, it was turboed by someone other than volvo. If it is an overseas thing, I'd jump right on it. But, in reality, I bet the car was just listed incorrectly. That would be one AWESOME car, though. I'd get the 940T. Those cars are the most bullet-proof that Volvo made. But, if you've gotta have a manual, like me, I'd get the 240. Ah decisions, decisions.
