Turbos

I am trying to determine what might be the best of three cars I am considering.
The first is a 85 244ti 4spOD 130K. 91 940T with 137K and believe it or not a 94 960T with 104K. I thought the 960 only had the I6 twin cam engine but I found some information on engine specs on the turbobirck board listing a turbo for the 960 from 91 to 94. I am assuming that this was only available overseas and this car is imported. All owners say they have the records of service but I would like to hear from other turbo owners and what might I look for when I go to look at and drive each. Your input would be appreciated.
