What do you guys use on your knobs? (Simple, stoopid...&etc) 200

I bought my 85 245DL about a month ago....the previous owner (who happens to be my boss) used a hose clamp to clamp the knob. He had the same problem before. Well, I must say...though it's not too pretty, it definitely works (and removable too)!
