I agree with John; email or call Brian Leppin. He usually has 940T engines, and I'm sure he will guarantee it to work for MUCH less money. If you're willing to spend upwards of 2k, buy the engine and then have it rebuilt by someone reputable...meaning someone other than Volvo or an auto parts store.

You might also try Erie Volvo. Their stuff is also guaranteed for a year.
