Not for free - if the original set ever did come in, I'd have to return the second set at my cost ($22 in shipping). At this point, about 2-1/2 months had gone by and I wondered if he ever sent the original set out. I viewed this as another delaying tactic and nothing more than a ruse. When the second set also never arrived and I complained again, he'd simply say that he'd sent out two sets and I'd stiffed him for the second set, throwing it back on me. What I asked for was that he refund my money and if the shipment ever did come in, I'd pay him back. In either case, he'd be out the same amount of money (my refund vs. the value of a second shipment plus freight), so you tell me why he wouldn't do it?
