BROKEN SPARK PLUG

Yikes. I had my car up at the volvo dealer to do a few things I didn't feel like doing at the time. In the process I had them change my oil and plugs as well. They ended up breaking off the spark plug in the #3 cylinder. What did they do? They removed the head and re-threaded without charge for labor. Afterall, they did break it.

Maybe things aren't the same with auto-shops outside of the US.
