Actually, to me, that sounds like an adapter. The thing is held on by your original studs and accepts the 850 bolts. A spacer, IMHO, would be something that you install longer studs that go thru the unit, and then the wheel mounts on that.
As for the torque issue, I don't know! :) I would probably just torque them all to 80. For the wheel to adapter, what you really want to be paying attention to is what was originally specified for that wheel, so like you say, 80. For the spacer to the car, it probably won't matter if you do 67 or 80.
