Remove the ashtray and then remove the piece that the ashtray rests in. Take off the plastic surrounding the lighter and remove the two screws that are behind the surround. Remove the piece that is now loose. Your fuel pump relay is on the left hand side of the second row of relays, the overdrive relay is on the right hand side of the same row.
