I am (still) looking for a second wagon myself. The engines are pretty much the same, but it seems to me from looking and from responses here that the 740T cars have wider wheels and possibly stiffer suspensions than the 940T cars. I know the 740T has an edgier, sportier look inside and out than the 940T.
