Maintaining a 2001 V70 S90-V90 2001

The only other thing I can think of that might cause that sort of issue is a faulty turbo boost control valve. Either way I'm not sure how to properly diagnose without the proper Volvo scan tool.

I ended up taking mine to a local Volvo-only independent shop to have it diagnosed. Ended up costing more than it should, but cheaper than throwing parts at it until finding the right thing (or not finding it at all).
