On the 140, there is a single bracket on which the steering column, brake pedal and clutch pedal are mounted. There is no separate bracket for the clutch pedal.

Post #319 shows a photo of the combined brake, clutch & steering column bracket which I think is significantly different from what I remember of the 164 assembly.
