Art B. & jWalker,
It might be too soon to tell but since I cleaned that neutral safety switch on Saturday with D5 DeOxit spray cleaner the car has started flawlessly.

It's such head scratching problem that I think that have developed a bald spot.

Thanks for your help fellas with this 30 yr. old car .
