Push and turn 200 1988

While I don't have the tool, I imagine it makes it easier to squash the o ring by leaning on it while being turned.

Just last month I bought some "Genuine" Volvo seals to compare with the aftermarket. Elastics have become a real challenge for me the past 20 years especially in fuel applications as we live to see it moving from one type of oxygenator to the current ethanol blend.

Next time I have an order for McMaster-Carr I'm adding catalog #9464K62, which, according to my notes is a Viton O-ring 3.16" ID 0.23" thick. 5 for $10 if my scrawls are readable. Results eventually to follow at In The Tank

I've re-used the old seal before. It's a judgment call for sure.

They say you can do anything in international waters.
That's why I filled my hot tub with international water.
