O2 sensor Reading all zeros can't seem to find the cure S90-V90

Haven't been by in a long while. "HI All"

Second hand question . Some details are unclear but here goes.
S90 with 2.9 engine.
Bank 1 (rear) O2 sensor is reading all zeros (not sure if that's voltage or the 'P' code) He replaced the O2 sensor with no change. he replaced the Computer with no change. He is unable to clear the codes.

Any thoughts?
