Tips for installing heater hose? 700

Stand the hood up straight right away. Whether you mean to change the hose from the left side of the cylinder head--or the one attached to a pipe wrapped around the back of the head - neither is that hard--it just looks that way. Don't bother with a screwdriver or wrench--there's only one tool combo that really works - a 1/4 inch ratchet, a 15" extension and a 7mm universal socket. A 7mm socket with a universal joint added will work too--but just be a little clumsy. You can reach the one on the l/s of the head by going in between the intake runners. A little smear of liquid dish detergent on the inside of the new hose will help to get it installed. -- Dave
