New Problem with Rear Wagon Plugged Nozzle?

Thanks Greg this is a 92, I can see where the tubing goes into the right rear post near the top but can not see the tubing come down the post, so at this point I think it goes forward across the top of the rear window.

I can not see the nozzle from the inside of the rear hatch frame. I guess the only way to get it off is to destroy it and I don't want to do that without a replacement and a last resort.
