Dan. A new nozzle is $10.41 at Tasca: http://tascaparts.com/parts/index.cfm?searchText=1369855&make=Volvo&action=oePartSearch&siteid=213668. In my experience the hose runs through under the side window and the check valve is there. Mike T.
