Received my order of the gray clips (Volvo OEM 1372059). Each clip comes with a little black foam washer over the "bullet". Did yours? I'm thinking that this washer is removed just before installing the door trim. Is that how you understood the installation? Looks like the clip is inserted in the trim track and twisted to engage the track. I wonder if the clips will then slip within the track to get the precise position to mate up with the body panel holes.
