What color is the oil in the throttle body? On your oil dipstick? Under the oil filler cap?

From what I can make out in the sporadically appearing image is there is some water in the oil. Is it coolant? What color is your coolant? Not sure if I should ask about your automatic transmission or power steering. Nor do I feel the need to be asking when you last checked the PCV system or cleaned the throttle body.
