Intermittent power window problem 200 1990

By swapping switches I meant that I had a known good switch that I tried in both rear doors and in the drivers side master panel. That didn't make a difference. I also tried a new power window relay and that made no difference either.

Oddly enough once the windows decide to "wake-up" and respond they move ok. The rear passenger side window just start working and kept working. I'm sure it will die again.

Is there any type of load limiter on the motors? Perhaps some lubrication is needed. Maybe that could explain why they seem more likely to work once they start working?

I know I'll have to pull the door panels and measure whether the motor is getting power. I suppose it is possible that there are two flakey motors on that side of the car.
