What was the position of and type/colour of indicator lamp used on 123GTs and 122 sedans with factory installed M41 & Overdrive?

What switch was used to engage/disengage OD (turn signal stalk/headlight dip etc)

What was used on P1800s?

If someone goes to effort to reproduce the OD Bezel (or has one for sale) I'm in for one.
