Yeah the part that makes it tough is the chrome plating. It'd be quick easy and cheap to bang out some plastic copies on a rapid prototype machine, but I have concerns about how well any of the plastic plating options would hold up to heat cycling and UV exposure. I've got some asian vendors that could do them easily in plated brass, but the volumes won't justify the costs.
