From my limited knowledge of P1800s, that's an early OD toggle switch bezel.
I'm wondering how this assembly is going to be fastened to the dash, as the OD light is a much smaller diameter than the lighter hole, and the way those OD lights work, the very front chromed bezel with colored lens screws into the aluminum bulb housing. Typically with the stamped chromed switch bezels, and a hole as big as the lighter, something bigger than the hole screws on from the back.
