I've experienced both vulnerabilities. The 25A fuse holder gets drenched making the fuel system cut out with intermittent low voltage, and old ignition wires cause the spark to disappear when the rain shorts them out. Both fixes (clean up wiring and a tune-up (replace rotor/cap/wires/plugs)) are worth your while, if you don't have the luck of being able to sort out which is acting up for you.
Edit: 92 doesn't have the 25A blade fuse.
