is it a bosch with connector or a universal 1? had problems with sensors that do not plug in. a new code with a new sensor CAN happen w/the wrong sensor. also, some of the oe style bosch sensors for volvos were WIRED wrong at the connector. post part numbers, old sensors and new, and maybe we'll get to the bottom of this.

as far as the software, can't help you. i use a scope for voltage and a generic obd2 tool for codes and some data. good luck, chuck.
