what brand of sensor? oe connector? seen lotsa problems with non-oe sensors on the 4 sensor cars, s80s especially, pop o2 codes with new, non-oe sensors. without looking at the car, it could also be that cat is dead. any sensor will pop a code for a dead cat, just doing it's job. good luck, chuck.
