Replaced o2 sensors NOW I get P0131 and P0172 S90-V90

This year seems to be the year for my car to give me a fit. A few weeks ago I started having the car cut off. I fixed that issue (MAF) but while diagnosing it I noticed my Auterraweb software reported a problem with Bank 1 Sensor 2 Oxygen sensor.

So I ordered a new one for the REAR and installed it. Still it reported that B1S2 O2 had an error. When I looked at what it was reading there was no data. (See attached picture)

So next I replaced the FRONT O2 sensor. Still it reports nothing on B1S2 but now to add to the fun the car has started turning the CEL on and reporting codes P0131 and P0172. If I reset them they come right back. If I disconnect the battery they come back the first time I rev the engine, or after a while idling.

In diagnosing my earlier problem of stalling, I replaced the MAF & Airbox Thermostat, almost all rubber elbows, tees, etc. New Air Filter, cleaned throttle body and Idle control valve.

Does anyone know if Auterraweb can read the B1 S2 Oxygen sensor? What could be wrong?
