Newb Question: Drivers side drum dragging 120-130

I will second planetman on this one. Hand / emergency brake cable definitely appears to "energising" the brake. Get someone to operate the lever in the car and see if there is any movement.
Something to always remember to do is to slack-off the adjusters when you are going to remove a brake drum - especially when using a puller. There is invariably a ridge in the drum that the shoes get stuck in and this can result in excessive force required in removing the drum which could result in the drum being destroyed.
